CHJ Consultants is currently performing Geotechnical Materials Testing and Specialty Construction Inspection Services for the city of Hesperia’s newest fire station. This $6.4 million fire station is approximately 18,478 square feet and houses 4 bays along with an additional 613 square foot storage facility. Fire Station 305 is the city’s first new fire station since 1991 and the first built in cooperation with the County of San Bernardino. CHJ Consultants services include soils testing, grading observation and compaction testing, concrete and steel inspection, asphalt testing, shop inspection and ultrasonic inspection. The new fire station will be fully operational early 2010.
